    Default Exercise well reading the QB
    I promised myself I would do 30 mins on the treadmill each morning while reading the QB. Well so far its been 35 mins....time flies while reading the quilt board and so easy to walk/read and type while on the treadmill. Have a wonderful day all...its Friday!! A few more days until the weekend!
