I just needed to tell someone about the great customer service I received today. I bought a Graco stroller at a thrift shop and there was a warning printed on it in big letters that if you did not have the instruction manual you should call the 800 number for one. The number was answered immediately by a human. With the numbers on the permenent sticker, she was able to tell me when it was manufactured and that there had been no recalls on it. A lot of peace of mind for this almost-grandmother. I asked for a user manual and she immediately e-mailed one to me. Don't you wish every manufacturer had such good customer service???
