I am 5 month away from finishing my degree in Funeral Services. I am on the older side of the typical funeral services student, but doing very well. The school was contacted recently by a reporter to do an article about older women entering the profession. Me and three other ladies in my class did it and had a blast doing the interview. I got an e-mail this week that the article was picked up by the magazine and it will appear in October. We are having a photo shoot next week. I will post then which magazine and when is available at the stands so that you guys can see it. I am so excited. I have never before being in a magazine. I am not sure it will help me get a job, but it can not hurt. I guess there is a light at the end of the tunnel after all.

Congratulations!!
on your accomplishments as a student and for being featured in the magazine!

I bet once you get working you'll make sure that the company you are with are using Passage Quilts! And might even make one for them?

Best wishes. Of course the magazine article will help. Be sure to put it on your resume when the time comes for looking at jobs.
