It doesn't matter if you are older or not, you set a goal and not only accomplished it but exceeded it. I write a lot of editorials in our local paper. When I went to apply for a volunteer position, once I mentioned my name, they asked if I was the one from the newspaper, I said yes, and they put me in a special position of dealing with the public. I didn't have to do a thing, my writing did it for me. Many good wishes and blessing are sent your way.
