Agreed. Must exact punishment....other wise, he may re offend!
 He won't forget! Quilting supplies is not to be touched!
Why is is that all of our supplies, scissors, cutters and such are fair game for any project that comes along?? I am sure you have heard me say that my DH (loose term) used my new fabric scissors to cut off the grips of his golf clubs.....

Make him do all the housework for a week! That should make him think twice before he touches your quilting supplies again!

I would have shown him how to use it and not thought anything about it and bought another one. But I have more cutters then I need anyway.

I had made the mistake of going to Harbor Freight with him... but he knows better than to touch my scissors...I guess that I didn't group the cutter in with the scissors.

Tink does know better...She followed me down, and when she saw me get mad, she went under the chair...she knew that Daddy was BAD...

DH is a plumber and he always says "the right tool for the job", so i have 5 sewing machines .(hehehe)...don't touch my rotary cutter, but never even look at my scissors. they are not for paper, they are not for bags, they are not for plastic. We have a standing joke. "USE THE CHICKEN SCISSORS" and he knows i mean it. You can buy them at the dollar store. You can ever groom the dog with them. and you can cut up chickens too!
