I totally agree - it's her day and she should have what she wants. I think it's a perfectly beautiful dres that culd be embellished if she wnats, or not - her choice - her day. Let her decide whar she wants in the end.

She will look like a Greek Goddess in this dress, and he will forget the other dress as soon as he sees her. It is such a lovely dress, and doesn't really need "glitz". Her shining aura will light up the room!!

I love the dress, but I do think it will need a good bra under it. What is she doing with her hair? Is there a hair piece or veil?I hope your future SIL has a good dentist because he already has his foot in his mouth.

Beautiful dress! A necklace dangle earrings and her hair done up this guy will not know what hit him.I have done so many weddings (I am a cosmetologist ) where the groom has said he liked this or that and in the end most of them want their bride to look like themselves and be happy. So maybe your daughter can talk to him and let him know that a big dress is not her. He will be ok with it because he loves her.I love the idea about the bling in the night time attire.

I think your DD chose a perfect gown! It is really beautiful. Sounds like you made the right decision to bead it up just a bit & your DD just loves it. That is what matters most....her happiness and feeling beautiful in her gown! Cannot wait to see a pic of her in her dress. You will snap one to share won't you? We have a DS that is marrying in December. Have not seen the dress that future DDIL has bought. It will not matter as we all love her to pieces & her good ways makes her stunning.
