I am convinced there is a mischievous little gremlin running around our house which loves to get in our techy stuff and create havoc!

You are all sweethearts for giving me the how to......this morning, I was telling my daughter my tale of woe so she said....lets go to Naperville! Which is where store is located...so 40 miles one way we trekked. The Apple Store is quite interesting...the tech was a very polite, kind young man who listened to my tale and as I told him, he cranked down the tech talk to something I would understand...to a point.....long story short....redid my update, fixed my screen( yes, little button) even reinstalled kindle so I would not have to deal with that..auto update....now I just have to contact email provider because tech thought there was an update on that so tomorrow on the phone with them....and best part...no charge!

amazing to watch all those people clicking away at all their devices......

Thanks for this. I had locked the rotation on my phone several months ago and forgotten how to unlock it. I usually google whatever I'm trying to do and find a YouTube video. This one is pretty good.
