You will find we are a support group for each other and anyone can join us! Check out the thread "Weigh In" to see what others are doing to lose weight. Everyone has their own method, we just want to encourage each other. So we will be here for you!

Sorry if I missed you, it was not intentional, however, I posted several times to pm me with the lbs lost so I could get everyone. It is too hard to go thru the thread to add up all the weight lost. That is a great weight loss of 4 lbs bebe!! If everyone wants to do it next month I will tally up our loss again, but I will need everyone who wants to participate to send me a pm. Thanks!
