Well here in Orange County NY we have water issues everywhere.

Look at this dog of mine. He's not even in the deep part of the lawn and his legs are 14"s high.

We also have about 2" of water in the finished downstairs. We've been here for 29 years and have never had water come in. No matter if the dog is in the water outside because when he comes in he has it to wade through to come in.

Looks like I'll be busy for the next few weeks cleaning up the mess

Silly Dog!

Sorry about your flooding. Your dog looks like he doesn't know what to do next. Here in Northern NY the rain is getting heavier, and the winds are picking up.

He would look even nicer if he wasn't soaked from the rain. Mind you... he walked in there voluntary. He loves the water.

How terribly devastating. I am so sorry you are having to go through such a disaster.

Yep... we still have power and the storm is slowing down... I hope... the wind and rain has changed direction so hoping we are just getting the tail end now.

I am so sorry to hear about your basement. How awful. This storm has caused quite a mess for many (including me). Your dog looks cute standing in the water.

I am so sorry to hear about your flooding. I bet your dog is happy with all that water in the yard.
