You should have seen the HUGE one I caught one time. Fought and fought with me until I finally reeled it in later. Took a long time! When I finally got it up to shore to get a picture, it jumped off the hook. It was THIIIIIS big! <hold arms outstretched as far a possible>
Honest!! And it talked to me too! lol
OMG! I caught that same fish!!!!!!! He spoke to me with a Minnesota "O". And I am the one who showed my husband how to fish. I was raised in Minnesota, dontcha know! And he was raised in Texas. So when fishing season hits we hit No. Wisconsin for Walleye. Bass are so fun to catch but we always release them. I don't let my hubby go fishing without me, unless he's trying for Muskie - and that's waaaaay to much work for me. I belonged to the Dana Wharf Lady Anglers when I lived in California and went out once a month with them. Now it's all fresh water.

Terri, That sounds like a fish story if I've ever heard one.

I too love hunting & fishing seasons. My DH does both leaving me plenty of quilting time.
