I'll try. Go to Start, My Computer, right click, select open. Then open program files, find outlook express, double click, right click on address book and you can copy, or select send to and put on desktop or a flash drive or print it out. Hope this helps.

You can copy it to a CD. My daughter copies my designs to
a CD when she works on my computer. You can also copy it
to another Hard Drive. My daughter has an extra hard drive and she works on computers all the time. If you can't get
it copied, let me know and I will contact my daughter for
more info.

If you are only changing your email address (which is what I think you mean when you say server--your email will come from a different server) you will not lose any information at all but it is still a good idea to back it up. Anyway, what you will have to do is create a new email account in Outlook Express. It should be in your Tools or Account menu or change your existing account to reflect the new account settings.

Go to walmart or office depot and buy an EXTERNAL HARDVIVE...It should have a usb plug..Plug it into your computer and you can backup your entire computer...I keep an external drive on my computer and it automatically backups my computer every hour...It will always be there should my computer crash..I have lots of machine embroidery designs and quilt patterns that would be very costly to loose...

Is this network server within your walls for your computer itself and and the other computers in your building or is it for your internet connectivity?

If you're just changing internet service providers you won't lose anything that's on your computer. You will lose anything that's on your old service provider's website.
