Default Yeah me!

It's July. I have all my family Christmas presents bought. Christmas shopping was making me stressed around the holidays and not giving gifts is not an option. I found my solution. I decide by May what I want to buy for family and then start looking for the best sales and deals for the items. I ordered the last two gifts this morning at a great savings online. Now if the sewing gifts get done great, if not, they will become birthday presents.

I am so jealous. I always say I am going to shop early but never seem to get it done. One year I did buy a bunch of gifts early and ended up spending more than usual because I kept finding more stuff I thought someone would like. Plus I forgot who I already had something for. Need to be better organized I guess.

That's why my kids and grand kids get o much...I start buying early and on sale..then forget what I buy and just buy more! Would be easier with a list but that would take the fun out of it!

That's when I start mine. That way I can watch out for sales all thru the year & not have to fight the crowds around the holidays. The only problem is sometimes I put my "finds" up so good that I can't find them later... LOL!

I used to have mine all done by the end of Sept for that same reason. Nowadays, I just don't feel obligated.
