This is Lake Erie, just down from my place. In the Summer, we lie on the beach, swim and sail on this lake, but in the Fall, the lake gets wild. Good grief, I've never seen waves like that on any of the lakes we have around here! I've heard the Great Lakes waves can get pretty treacherous but have never seen pictures of them. This was quite an eye-opener for me.
