Hav~ few years ago I got a really bad virus on my computer and I got a flash drive to back at least back up all the pictures....I know that a lot of stuff I can get in other ways even though it might be a pain, but losing the pictures was really upsetting so I would get yourself a flash drive, even if you only do once a month, it's better than nothing.

yep i have my pics backed up on a dvd except the ones that i hadn't backed up. none of my rak or swap things were backed up except for last year during the last computer virus. i just downloaded google chrome so my bookmarks should be safe this time around. you know you go years without any viral infections then presto, they appear. my virus software "caught" at least one of the viruses but i guess a trojan got pass it. this trojan was especially brutal because it ate up memory, locked up all my files, stopped any programs from operating and if i happened to access the internet, it kept trying to download more stuff.

so if you haven't backed up your info, here i sit before you as a glaring example of why you should be grabbing your backup media and saving your info. my geek brother said there is some way to separate my browser from my computer storage (sorta like mac technology) to help prevent this from happening again in tandem with my anti viral. i will be seeing geek brother real soon.

Mary, so sorry about your computer and phone. What a technological melt down you're having. But you're handling it with great panache! I know everyone has their preferences, but I use Zone Alarm Extreme Security Suite and their online back up. My website and zillions of photos and embroidery designs are on my computer and I would never be able to replace it. Better safe than sorry. I've had two crashes in the past. Never again.

Default Oh my goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I FINALLY was able to crack open my jar of K's
homemade Beach Plum Jam.

Even though I am diabetic, this stuff is not OVERLY
sweet and in SMALL amounts I will be able to eat it
on occasion, but not every day of course.

But once Tim tries it though I don't know how long it
will last. Maybe if I don't tell him I opened it he will
not even think about it again.... hmm not likely to that
will happen as he has been keeping an eye on the jar
since I got it. He wouldn't open it, he said it was MY
gift from a friend and he would wait until I decided to
open it to give it a try.

K- THANK YOU so much for sending it to me I LOVE it!
