Default Refinished lamp

Got bored yesterday so I went to Joann's and bought some fabric and trim and refinished an ugly lamp we bought at Home Depot. Now it's not so ugly.

That turned out really cute. Years ago my mom and I re-did the shade on one of her lamps and it didn't turn out that nice!

You did an excellent job with banishing the ugliness from this lamp. You are very talented.

Very beautiful. Can you share how you did it? Did you glue each panel to the old fabric along the ribs? Or did you strip the frame of the shade? I would love to know the technique.

Thanks!
