I just returned from the emergency animal hospital where I had to leave my dear sweet Molly Mae. :-( Molly Mae had a seizure tonight. Vet says she has .epilepsy. So she is in the hospital with IVs and having blood work done, and tomorrow we have to pick her up and take her to the regular vet to start her on medication. I miss her already. :-( :-( Boo Hoo

I am sorry to hear this, but glad that she is getting the help she needs. You are a good human caretaker for her and she is blessed to have you. Take care and all will be well soon.

I'm sorry. I'd miss one of mine, too, and my dog still at home would be very upset. Molly Mae is a cutie - I have a Moira Mae.

Veterinarians can do so much now. BTW, make sure her food doesn't have any rosemary in it. It's in a lot of foods now and isn't good for seizure prone dogs. Get well, Miss Molly Mae.

Ahhh. Sorry for you and Molly Mae! She will be ok once they get her regulated. We had a german shorthair (pointer) that lived a very long life with epilepsy. He took pills everyday. He was a great dog. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}
