I'm a nite owl. I like the night hours as I seem to come alive. I am not a AM person since I retired. DH and I really don't have any set times anymore.

I love staying up late, usually sewing and checking the QB. The quiet is so nice. The only problem is I get up early so sometimes during the day I get a little tired. I just take a short nap and feel refreshed. It's great being retired, now I don't have to force myself to go to bed early to get enough sleep.

i just don't sleep very much at all. I used to sleep, but as I've gotten older I sleep less and less. I don't get sleepy during the day, so I guess it's okay. Last night I slept from about 4:30 to about 7.... and woke up on my own.. I don't know anyone that sleeps like I do.. or don't!

What do I do?? anything I want that doesn't make enough noise to wake up my long sleeping DH!! Mostly read the QB threads, watch tv, read, sew, clean.. whatever strikes my fancy!

I am a night owl too but since I live alone I can be if I want to. I do things when & if I want to! LOL My daughter has a fit & thinks I need to get back on a schedule of going to bed early & getting up early like her & her DH do. Well if I was still working I probably would but I enjoy what I do & I enjoy my way of living. LOL

I never sleep at night , the bad thing is I can't use the sewing machine either for waking my DH. up. So I read and listen to
Coast To Coast on the Radio, I plain to sandwich a quilt top and try my hand at Hand Quilting at night while listening to my Radio . It is so hard when your sewing room is in your bedroom as mine is.

Hi Jodie my name is Carol ....now you know someone that sleeps like you do... or don't. One thing different... My DH can sleep through any noise I make. He says it doesn’t bother him... I guess after 49 years together he must not mind or else I don't think we would still be married.

I only sleep every other night. This is the off night. I tried though because we have to be up at 5:00 AM. Wait a minute, I didn't sleep last night either. Bummer.

The dogs are so adorable. Are they yours? Where did you get them?
