We feel the same way.. I got boots for the dog, and he hasn't put up a fuss about wearing them.. Think he is also tired of it..

I notice everyone that responded, is from the east or the Midwest and I sure don't blame you for wanting spring to arrive. I have had a comparatively mild winter, but as is usual for Oregon it is always grey. The only thing that is keeping me sane is the realization that this quilting fever I am currently enjoying will disappear when the weather gets better. So for right now I am trying to enjoy where I'm at with my quilting.

If I thought that would work, I would go right out and stab a snowman myself!! I am sick of this and we're expecting more snow tomorrow!! At least (for now) the prediction is that we'll be in the mid-60s next week. I cannot wait!!!

Yeah, that's pretty funny. We laugh about all this snow or we'll cry. LOL. Finally gave up, put on my snow bibs and went snowshoeing. Was fun, actually. If ya can't beat 'em - join 'em. According to NOAA's Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory, ice covered 78.7 percent of the Great Lakes this month. Hasn't been this bad since 1996. I think peak ice coverage is usually around 40 percent or less.

I think I like the Winter...I believe all the "bug larva" is being frozen and will die!!!! It is really cold here but we are getting used to it and life is going on as before! I do love the seasons and since I grew up in Texas I wasn't used to the long winters but it is really beautiful. Nice for me since I am retired and I don't have to go out unless I want to do so...mostly I want to do so..LOL..and all is well as long as I take my time and drive carefully.
