Skirts and static--how do you keep it away?

They really are great aren't they! I've been using them for years as I don't like to use fabric sheets and softener is just a PIA. (they do smell good tho!)

Mamabear--I had a suitemate in college who once applied Downy liquid fabric softener) to her hair...as the result of misunderstanding that the fabric softener recommended was intended to be in the form of a dryer sheet! I can't remember what event we attended, but she didn't have time to wash her hair, so it was very flat but smelled nice!
