Just looking at a line about all the "Sues" on the board. Got me to thinking, my name is Onalee, I've only met a couple with my name. Are there any other Onalee's out there? Do you know anyone named Onalee? And if that's not enough questions for one string, Do you have an unusual name that you'd like to share? Maybe a general location, as well. IE: Hi, I'm Onalee from Michigan.

Don't know anyone by the name of Onalee but it is a very nice name, I really think it is unique. My name is Virginia and I know that is not an unusual name, but I sure don't like it. My parents called me Ginny for short and of course when you tell people what your name is they either call me Jenny or when they need to spell my name and I spell it for them they always spell it with a J in the front. Drives me insane.

Never heard your name. Is the O a long vowel??
I love it, love unusual names. I used to babysit for a gorgeous woman named Hilda. It was her Mom's name, her name, and her daughter's name. But they didn't like it lol

When I was pregnant with our youngest son, I wanted to name him Zachary Z. Zirkelbach! That way he could wear ZZZ on his pajamas! But a friend got pregnant & she wanted to name hers Zach too so we changed our name to Landon. He was the only one we knew of at the time (22 yrs ago)with that name but it has gotten more & more popular. Also have a neice name Zalest, not all that common....

My name's a normal Jan(et), but the family, not so much.
Mother = Harriette
Father = Dabney
Brothers = Collier and Clayton
Sister = Rozamond
DD = Hilary
DD = Harriette Kate
(poor!) DSIL = Herbert Helzelton Flather IV, and they expect to have a V and call him Quin (for quint-five) someday. Lordy!

My name is Laurlyn.

My mother's name was Linda Sue...along with about 15 other girls in her class, so she decided she wanted something different for me.

I named my daughter - BOE - she hated it as a child, but now prefers it to a common name such as mine - Barb

My name is Shavon, there aren't too many out there with this name and this spelling, some spell it Siobhan which is the irish spelling. I have only met one other Shavon in my life.
