Hello everyone, I'm new!
Hi! I'm Susan from southern Indiana. I inherited my Mom's 1974 Kenmore 158.1774 and have gotten it serviced and ready to go. I've never quilted before and am looking forward to trying it. Mom was a very talented craftsperson; she could do it all including hand applique and quilting.
I'm really looking forward to connecting with you all as I begin this new hobby. I've already learned so much just from the few posts I've read! These forums will be the next best thing to having Mom here guide me.
No avatar to post yet... I'll need to get stitching on that!

Hello from the Fort Wayne area of Indiana! I also have a vintage Kenmore just like the one my mother had and I learned to sew on! It is green and white and heavy as a bus!
