    This is the best site Ive stumbled on in years! Im new here, love restoring antique quilts, and making my own, which rarely compare to the seamstresses of older days.

    When restoring an antique quilt, I get a feeling of working WITH someone else who loved the quilt, and I feel her thanking me for what I do.

    When I quilt for myself, I am bad about measuring and just like to use templates, and freehand it...my quilts show it too. LOL
