I'm downloading for later. I need the mystery unveiled before starting on it. Too many quilts in progress at the moment and the thought of starting another one is a bit overwhelming even if it is extremely tempting.

I went to look and it intrigued me! Then when I went to bed I pondered it . . . . all night! So I got up early and made the first step! When I first saw the modern quilts I wasn't sure I was drawn to them. Then, the more I saw the more I liked. But, you would laugh if you saw my choice of fabrics! The fabrics are a mix of batiks and others with a very traditional background fabric. But, then, my house is decorated?!? in the eclectic style.

I think that I will try this mystery using multi-colors such as scraps. It might be a good way to clear out some of my smaller stash. Using a white or ecru background ought to make the prints, etc. pop! Anyway, it I don't care for the outcome, the quilt can be donated to our community quilt project in our guild, or you could donate it to a local
nursing home, or a Habitat for Humanity housing project in your area.

I have to do mine this weekend. I am not sure what fabrics I want to use. I'm thinking Christmas material since I have a lot of that I'll work on it this weekend. I have a quilt day with my guild tomorrow. I know one other is working on it tomorrow so I will too.
