I have purchased fabric.com at the Amazon website and I know that I had to pay shipping.. I will check into that again. Maybe something changed there as well...

I am afraid this will affect how much I buy at fabric.com at least I can still get 3% back with Ebates

$4.99 isn't much of a shipping charge... you'd pay that much at least in gas to drive to a store.
