LOL! Thanks for the clarification. I had just read a post by another board memeber that had knocked a hole in her wall through to a closet while her husband was at work so when I read that you cut the table I thought this had changed to the This Old House website.
But, post a pic of the runner and I'm sure someone will be able to figure a way to fix it. If they can fix a table they can fix anything!
