I am trying to figure out the difference between the Snap-Hoop and the Magna-Hoop. Does anyone know or have experience with either one of these.

Thanks, Vicki

Authorized Brother dealers are unable to post prices for these products, but we guarantee it will be worth your time

I'm new to embroidery, but how does all your info tell the difference between two hoops? Are they programs you have to use with a hoop?

Confused

When I did some searching on Snap Hoop, it looks like it is made by the same company as Magna Hoop. They are somewhat similar to each other in that they both use magnets to hold the fabric, but from what I can tell, it looks like the snap hoop will leave your fabric FLAT, where as the Magna hoop still requires the fabric to go over the outer hoop, so you have some distortion in your fabric.
