crease in applique
After cutting out my fused applique, I noticed a slight crease in it. Will this iron out when I fuse it to my quilt square or is there a way to get this crease out before fusing it?
I do have some more material and fusible web so would it be better to just start over?

I'd definitely start over. That did happen to me once with a customer's quilt (her vintage fabric). I had to make it work since it was a large piece of the fabric & I didn't have extra, but it took hours & a lengthy phone call to Pellon's Customer Support line -- they're fantastic, by the way! If you have an option to just restart rather than trying to work the wrinkle out, that would absolutely be much faster & easier.
Also, if your problem was like mine & you are trying to use Pellon 805 with a poly-cotton blend, it isn't made to work with anything other than 100% cotton (if you're not sure, do a burn test on your fabric). There are only a few fusibles that work with synthetic fabrics/blends.

It is hard.Sometimes the crease is shallow enough to iron out from the front before peeling off the paper backing. If it has not yet been fused to the background. you may be able to use your stiletto or seam ripper to run between the fusible and the fabric in the crease and release the crease. Since you have extra fabric, you might want to try this just to see how it works.
