Default Accidentally ordered the same magazine twice!

I just received in the mail yesterday "American Patchwork & Quilting"...only I received two of them. They each have a different expiration date. I accidentally ordered and paid for it twice. What do I do? I don't want to waste my money and don't know anyone to give my second copy to, except to donate it. And I'd rather do an extra year instead of donating.

Call or write them, they will more than likely extend your subscription.

Just call customer service. They will adjust it. I'm sure you are not the first to do that.

I did that and Quiltmaker sent me a refund but I had to keep pestering them to get it. I asked for a extended subscription but that wasn't an option. This was a few years ago so maybe the policy has changed since then. Another mix up I have, I subscribed to a digital version of another magazine and getting the mailed copy too. I have called CS several time to inform them but so far still getting both and it's time to renew for another year now. Not keeping track of all orders and not using common sense is costing the magazines tons of profit money.

I did that too, with Better Homes and Gardens magazine. Till i got that straightened out, I was so frustrated, I left the subscription run out and then did not renew it.

That happened to me also, I sent in both subscription notices with account number and they just extended my subscription. It was with Quiltmaker Magazine. They sent a very nice letter back with the new experation date.
