Does anyone know the name of this pattern or where I can find the pattern for a queen size quilt?
Thanks in advance!

I don't know the pattern name but looks pretty easy to recreate. Square block with border - half centers white and half with colored centers. Hope that makes sense until some one else knows the name.

Square in a square.

Here is another one that is close

This one uses charm squares. You could sub in regular fabric strips.

This link has pics, but she does give cutting measurements - the center blocks are 5", the outside strips are 2.5". Then just make blocks until your quilt is the size you want.

The directions for that exact quilt are here. To make it queen size, just keep adding blocks/rows.
