No, the shuttles are just for inside Paducah, but if you ever get the chance, do visit the Lakes area.

We wanted to stay in Paducah, not 20 minutes from Paducah.

Then I'd suggest booking at least a year in advance. Good luck.

Patti's 1880's Settlement Restaurant is the BEST RESTAURANT I have ever been to in my entire life. My DD lives in Paducah and we live 5 hours away and we ALWAYS go to Patti's when we go to Paducah - although it is quite a ways from Paducah - maybe 20 miles or so - but well worth the drive. They have the best marinated pork chops that we have ever had. Also, the stuffed filet mignon is fabulous. Very expensive but they do have cheaper things on the menu. We just save our money so that we can splurge at Patti's. We go to the Quilt Show every year but sadly, I will not be able to go this year.

Our DD even got married at Patti's about 7 years ago in their gazebo at sunset. It was a destination wedding. Sadly, the marriage only lasted 6 years though.

I'm available on Thursday to show folks around town. My car seats 5 if any QB members would like to meet up with a local who has been to many, many shows.

Here's a thread I started: http://www.quiltingboard.com/offline...ml#post7522177
