I ordered one of the new EDGE rotary cutters ages ago from Keepsake Quilting. It was unavailable so long I almost forgot about it. When it did arrive, it wouldn't cut air. DH & I turned the blade, loosened it, he thought it might have a little burr on it. Anyway, I e-mailed the company that makes them, Sullivan's USA. They appologized for the bad blade asked for my mailing address, I had a new blade within 3 days. It works great.
