The colors and patterns that the Brazilians are using in their opening show of the Olympics are wonderful! I feel a new quilt coming ....

I didn't watch it but I know it was probably a very colorful opening.

we laughed at the Croatian red/white checkerboard pattern. And lots of plaids! That was very interesting. And really some amazing batiks, espeically from the Pacific Island and African countries.

My friend and I were commenting that we would love to have some of the outfits for quilt fabric. Beautiful batiks

I didn't watch it either. I just like watching the equestrian events especially the jumping.
