have you tried??
Has anyone tried membership in Quilters Club of America recently? I paid for membership for a couple of years, then they changed hands and their service wasn't as good as before, now I'm thinking about it again, just for the QNTV mostly. But I quit paying dues cause I didn't get my membership card as promised for the discounts they offered among other things, I wonder how they are now and if anyone recommends them. Since there are no quilting shows on tv any longer I miss those. Thanks to everyone and hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year.

I USE to be a member. I loved the magazines that I got.
But like you said they changed and getting anyone to reply
to emails, or on the phone is near impossible now (or at least
that was my problem last year).
I prefer the AQS (American Quilter's Society). Cost is $25 one
year, $46 for two years, and $69 for three years.

Will have to see if this can be added to my current subscription, or
if this is only for new members.

Do you get access to QNNTV with AQS? I can subscribe to QNNTV but currently it's nearly $6 monthly & that's basically why I would consider subscribing to Quilters Club again but I also want the perks if I pay for them and they're supposed to be included in the membership. I looked on AQS webpage but I couldn't find any reference to QNNTV. Thanks for the input.

I have found many of the quilting videos on youtube that are on the paid subscription sites. Honestly I can find more quilting shows on youtube then I can watch. I was a charter member of QCA but didn't renew after a few years. What they advertised never materialized for me.

I renewed at this rate. Got a free book and $10 gift certificate for AQS store. Great deal I saw online a few weeks ago.

To clarify, AQS & QNN-tv are not connected. I belonged to Quilting Club of America several years ago but never felt I got my money's worth. Finally canceled & they gave me my money back. Seemed like a good deal but never could get the videos to work right and contacting them was frustrating. Don't know anything about them now.
