Oh, no! Please do keep us posted. I know the company has great customer service, when I bought mine, it didnt have the cutting mat with it. They were really great over the phone..........
Wow, I had no idea shipping there would be so expensive, but they are SO heavy!

I sell the AccuQuilt... I haven't had any issues & as far as I know none of my customers have either. I don't know how they deal w/customers that haven't sent in their warranty, but you can contact the GO company direct - Customer Service at 888.258.7913

I am contemplating getting one... but think I will wait for a little bit and see how it all plays out. My Dad was a design engineer for Pratt and Whitney... he taught me years ago... NEVER buy a new car, or new product, for at least a year. That allows them time to do recalls, debug the item once it has made its way from production to the sales isle. Makes sense... to apply it to this area of products too!!
