Isn't it just a warm wishes on point, with 9patches and plain blocks instead of a print?

It is much like Warm Wishes only a controlled scrappy version, set on point and 9 patches for half of the focal squares used in Warm Wishes.

In your title, you call it Homeward Bound, which seems to be the name of several different quilt patterns. Bloom Creek published the photo & pattern you posted and I found another company selling it as a kit with different fabrics.

To me, it looks a lot like the Eleanor Burns pattern 'Nine Patch and Stripe'.
