I got a Janome 6600 today! WOOHOOO :)
Can you tell that I am excited???
I was able to get 'her' today. She was used but traded in to our local sewing machine shop for a long arm.
It has been servced, I even got all the feet that went with it, the extended bed, plus the accufeed 1/4 foot!
Oh and I got a Tutto bag for it to all fit in for 125.00,(the bag had to be the 24 inch one to fit the machine in) The machine was 1,000. Came with a year warranty and was just serviced by the shop. I am so very excited! Oh one more 'blessing' I took my FW in to be serviced and cleaned, they are foing it for free since I bought this machine today. That service is a 89.00 fee. So that was even a better deal huh?
Now to get her out and'play'.
Oh wait, I wanted to ask you all, what names do you have for your machines?
Do you name them?
If so tell me what their names are.
Off to play......

Congratulations! I love mine and I admit did not use it until I took the lessons from the shop. I haven't named my machine, nothing has struck me. Only one that I have named is my treadle because it belonged to my great Aunt May. She lived with my great grandmother before I was born, so it just seemed appropriate.
