I use up my scraps doing this and donate the quilts to our local nursing home. Quick to do,very pretty and they love them.

I made a large quilt with the wonky stars. I used Kaffe Fasset stripes and shot cotton. I loce that the points dont go all the way to the seam allowance. Nothing to match up! I was asked to make a quilt for Benartex in a very short time frame. I used the wonky stars to feature their new fabric. It was a cinch!

Sounds like a great star for us "newbies" that end up with Wonky stars even if we don't mean too!!!

OOOOHHH Yes! I like the fact that there are no points to match,
too. I tend to be a perfectionist on things like that, so no matching helps keep me sane!

wow...cute block, but there must be a better way to make it..that way wastes tons of fabric...but then I suppose MODA does not care..they just want you to have to buy MORE fabric..hehehe
