I'd like to join in too. I am sporadically working on a star EPP quilt and I could do with adding some more to it. This is just what I need to get me going.

I will post a pic of where I'm at in a while. I also need to back a hexagon EPP quilt that I finished last year but I will see how I feel about that one once I've stitched some more stars.

I will enjoy watching everyone's progress this weekend.

I'll be joining!!! I'm working on a king-size quilt. It's been an 18 month process (hand-quilted) The end is in sight and now i'm really upping my work on it. I'm ready for my next project!

I will be joining in sometime this weekend. We are redoing flower beds today. 100 crescent bricks are waiting. If I can move later I want to get going on a bookcase quilt for my mom.

Not sure how much I can spend today on my projects but will have more time tomorrow for sure. I have decided to add extra sashing and border to my son's queen size quilt and have purchased fabric for a baby boy blanket that I'm excited to get started.

No quilting for me this weekend. Big car show at the Mall and my husband entered his 29 Nash. He'll be running in and out all weekend needing to be fed. Also have a crocheted "name" doily that has t be stretched and pressed for a wedding next weekend and a kid's chair that I'm supposed to put a new bottom on for my daughter. Did just finish cutting binding for a kid's quilt this week and made a cute watercolor block at Guild on Thursday evening.

I am working on a quilt for my daughter. Can I join in with pictures of it. I am adding sashing this weekend and hope to begin joining the blocks. How does this work? Just post pictures at this thread of what I am working on?

Finished up 2 6" blocks for my block of the week project (this week's, and next, so I'm ahead now). Working on a bias border for a quilt, which is coming out great! if I do say so myself. Will post pics this afternoon. For now, I'm off on my weekly run to the quilt store with the block of the week

I've got a quilt I need to bind today and I made 6 tops between February and March that need quilting. Unfortunately I only have enough batting to quilt two. Does anyone remember the name of the online vendor who has Hobbs 80/20 at a reasonable price? Someone just posted it last month or so and now I'm looking for it. I want to try the Hobbs because my last roll of W&N was so thin. Did anyone else notice that? I hope Hobbs 80/20 will have a little more loft to it. I also want to make some of the fabric boxes! There was a tute here yesterday. Looks like a cute idea to use to put a plant in for Mothers Day!

liese, was it Connecting Threads? I know I received an email from them about a batting sale but don't remember when I received it!

My husband is doing fine after his surgery (wisdom teeth). Man, I was in terrible pain for several days afterwards and had two dry sockets. So after lunch, I will be cleaning up my sewing room, hopefully find the blocks so I can sew them together. Then I need to prep some blocks for my Tuesday afternoon quilting group. They need squaring and more plain ones need to be cut. So I will check back in with y'all later.

So glad to see all of you quilting with me this weekend
