Question Juki 2010Q

Thinking of buying one of these machines. If you have one, do you do FMQ? Do you think your FMQ is better on it?

oh yes, I think so! The extra space is great. It does a beautiful stitch, isn't fussy about brands of thread. I've had mine almost 2 years now and still love it! I never fuss with the tension either. The only thing I added to improve it was a strip of LED lights (got mine at Inspired LED).

There's a recent post on this machine under Main. It does reference fmq plus some other comments.

I do have one of these machines - I wouldn't say my machine quilting is better per say - but it's much easier because of the ease of use. If you do a lot of FMQ it's worth the investment in my opinion...it's also got a larger throat so if you like quilt your own large quilts you should be able to smoosh those babies in there!
