Juki Questions: HZL-DX7
I see this machine on the Juki website. They say that they will be introduced for 2016. Does anyone know if they will be released before Christmas 2015 or are these released at some big sewing machine show in the first quarter of 2016 only to be available later in the year?
Just wondering if it is worth waiting for the newer releases, thanks for any information.

Maybe, it's because I am new, but I was only able to put one link in the above post and wanted to add this link to this thread as well. It's a YT video of the new DX machines:

Care to share any links? Where did you read that?
When I called Juki America today on the phone, they said that they thought this wouldn't cost much more than the F600 machines. Looks like some nice incremental advances in this platform.
The following says that the release date is October 2015, but I haven't found one for sale anywhere!
I found this: http://www.juki.co.jp/ir_e/pdf/n150917e.pdf

I've been trying to choose between the F600 and the 2010, and was leaning toward the F600 for now and the 2010 in the future, but now I'll wait for the HZL-DX7,it looks like a great machine!

My wife wants a new machine NOW! If they have this available within the next month it probably will be the next machine. If we can't get one until next June, the F600 will be the machine (so far at top of list).

Here is another part of that conversation:

I've already done it but they can't tell me until they get the first batch of the new HZL-EX7 which will be in time for the holiday season. I guess not revealing the price is part of their selling agreement with the brand or even a marketing technique

I really think that the EX7 and the DX7 are the same machine. When I talked to the Juki rep earlier today he said that the machines that are in foreign markets and the machines in the US have different model numbers. Since the DX7 is on the Japanese web page but not on the American web page as of yet, it wouldn't surprise me if the US version is called an EX7. Either way exciting things are coming.
Now the Big question is "at what price point?".
Here is another thought, what will the closeout prices be on the F600? If those were priced aggressively that might make a very nice pick indeed.
I have an Amazon price tracker looking at the F600. Even though it sells at many places for $1049, it has dropped below $900 and once in the last year below $800. Think about a low $700 figure on a new F600 and that could turn a person's eye in a hurry.

Elbert, we spoke on the phone this morning. I was calling about the release date on the DX7. I am shopping for a new sewing machine for my wife and I really like what I am reading on the forums about Juki. The HZL-F600 is at the top of the list at this point, but if the DX7 will be released soon, I will wait for that machine. I really wanted to have her a new machine in hand by Christmas.
There is no need to send out any literature. I know that it takes time to make that happen and I can access everything that I need on line. I did want to thank you for making that offer.
I don’t have a Juki dealer within 50 miles of me. While I don’t expect to have any issues with whatever machine I end up with from Juki, warranty issues are resolved by just mailing the machine back to you?
Again, thanks for your help with this Elbert.
Southern Wis with a crazy quilter for a wife"
Weird the response came exactly 12 hours later to the minute from when I sent it. He attached a PDF file on the machine but not sure how to post that here. I tried to do it as an attachment. The file is 4.7 mb and the upload page says that I can upload a max of 5.72. Not sure why it won't work.
Bottom line in just a couple of days we will know the selling price. Cool!
Please, no one get to bent out of shape by the "crazy quilter for a wife" comment. That's an endearing term in my household after 30+ years of marriage.
