Default Leave it?

I am sewing my scrap blocks and noticed the cream fabric on the bottom is the wrong side up. If it was just the case of picking it out and resewing, I would. Since it has the angle, turning over the fabric will not work. I could just throw it out because I have more (another 2X5piece below)but I think I am just going to leave it. I am using all different neutrals anyway so I don't think it will stand out. Would this drive you crazy?

Hi Tartan. I wouldn't worry about it because once you are finished, no one but you will notice it. Just make sure that another light is next to the backward one. I am going to try this pattern too. I have so many plaids and saw this pattern using a whole lot of them. Looking good as usually.

I agree with ManiacQuilter2 and would just leave it.

It depends on how much it will bother you. If every time you look at the quilt, your eye will be automatically drawn to it, I would fix it now when it is relatively easy.

I would leave it. You paid for both sides of the fabric, and you can use either side you want. I have made several quilts where I intentionally used the "wrong" side because I was looking for "just that color." Besides that, that piece looks fine.

I'm not sure that I would leave it. It does look just fine, but my OCD would kick in and I think it would bother me. How much OCD do you have? If the answer is not much, then leave it. You did buy both sides of the fabric after all. You could use a couple more of the upside down colors and convince yourself that you meant to do that. I don't think it would bother me as much if there were several pieces that way.

I would leave this, but would make sure to use the reverse side of the fabric similarly in other places in the quilt -- it will add to the scrappy look.

I agree with leaving it, esp since you can barely tell and it is a scrappy. Only you know what you want, how about leaving it for a while, then later, if it keeps bugging you, then fix it.

The neutral color is so light, no one would notice, I would leave it. But I am not a perfectionist! If you are, take it out, replace it and save that piece for another scrappy quilt!
