Magna Quilt & Borders Snap Hoop for Bernina 830

Has anyone tried the snap hoops on their Bernina machines. Just wondering how they work for borders on quilts. I was going to purchase the Mega hoop for my machine and then stumbled on a web site for these magna snap hoops. Now I am torn as to which would be better. The snap hoop certainly looks great in theory BUT does it actually work?

I have the Mega Hoop for mine and love it. But, I've never used a snap hoop so can't compare the two.
