making your own extension table?

I haven't been able to find the link to the instructions for making your own extension table out of the foam board/coverd in vinyl. Can someone help me find the link?

Once I find it, how do I bookmark it?

here's the second one.

Once you get to the website/video, all you have to do to bookmark it is:
1) click on "Favorites" up in your menu bar of Internet Explorer, 2)Click on "Add to Favorites", 3) Click the "Add" button. That's the simplest way.

I'm curious, did you round the edges somehow so the quilt doesn't catch? I have a plexiglass extension and my quilts get caught up on it in the front.

I made one a couple of weeks ago. Surrounded mine with the adhesive contact paper and then wrapped that with the clear vinyl. Here's pic of mine:
