I went to The American Sewing Expo this weekend. Had a blast and spent way to much. But had to say that "Martelli Enterprises " are the best! All I had to do was show them my broken rotary cutter and they replaced it! So nice and told me if it ever happens again or any other problems to just call them. Wow! That's customer service!!

I bought my Martelli cutter at a store that went out of business. When I saw the Martelli guys at a show I mentioned that the blade had only lasted a short time. They had me bring the cutter in and they replaced the blade for free. And they are so much fun to watch, I think they drink a lot of coffee, they are like energizer bunnies.

They are the best company with the best customer service. I bought their new turn table for $81. When I got home the screw in the bottom was broken. Plus while I was at their both watching the demos I remembered that I have most of their tools, just forgot how to use them. The rep told me to call the customer service and tell them she said to send me the new DVD free. When I called CS to tell them about the broken turn table I told them about the DVD. Replace the turn table and sent me the DVD free with no questions asked. They are the greatest. They have been banned from the some of the Expos bc of their popularity. So many people hand around at their both that the boths around them have complained. I will always support them.

Love my Martelli products-ruler, rotary cutter and large mat! I also have the seam ripper, but haven't opened it yet. Silly me.

They do have a lot of people watching their demos. They are good at showing their products.
