I would use lime green as a small border and also bind with it.

Part of the charm of pineapple blocks is how good they look right next to each other. So I wouldn't sash this beautiful piece, and I'd just add a slim border - perhaps scraps of the blues used? Very nice!

The white is too stark and takes away from the blocks and the rich colors. I agree with. Any others to bind in a dark blue and leave the rest as is. Quilting can be minimal as the blocks are so powerful and beautiful on their own. Your daughter will be very happy.

I would put a dark blue border. Use one of the blues in the blocks. This is just my opinion.

I love your runner and am sure it will be a huge hit!!!! I am a new quilter too, so I hesitate to give advice. I wonder how a thin border of navy would look to break up the white?

That is a gorgeous runner! The colors work so well with each other. I would use a 3/4 inch sashing in white or a white with a touch of light blue or aqua in it. Then a 2-2 1/2 inch darker border. Just keep auditioning different color combinations until you find the ones you like the best. You've done such a great job so far, you won't go wrong with whatever you choose.

That would be my choice, but then I'm not a big fan of plain white fabrics.

I think there is too much white. Your blocks are gorgeous. I think a small border of white & one of the aqua's or the dark blue for a border. The pineapple block is so pretty. One of my favorite blocks
