My LQS (the shop closed in 2008)used to offer a new Debbie Caffrey mystery quilt starting in February and ending in July; the reveal was in October. I really enjoyed making the quilts every year, it was fun to see what the end
result was.

I have done about 5 or 6 of them with my quilting friends from church. We have a great time doing a mystery. We will usually do one each year.

Yup, I like them too. It always pushes me to do something that I would not have tried in any other circumstances.
I have done several and find them on the the whole to be fun. You sure learn to trust your work to the leader of the group or the online group your working with. Not all results are beauties, but I have always learns new techniques.

I have done the last two Bonnie Hunter Mystery Quilts and a Planet Patchwork Mystery Quilt. Mine all turned out really nice. They are fun to do, and I think almost anyone can do one. They are step/by/step. Join in and have fun! I'm looking forward to this one!

Could you send a list & locations for your BOMs? After reading these comments I would like to do some of them.
Thank you,
Kim
