Default New applique method?

I was told about a new appliqué method by Inge Stahl and she uses a Hera marker & foam board.

Have any of you seen this? I tried to google it and couldn't find it,
If you have any info on this and could please pass it on. I'd appreciate it.
Thank you,

Found these:

http://tedstahl.com/2013/04/how-to-s...away-applique/

Looks like it's primarily for commercial use, although it could be used with a home embroidery machine too. The video shows how it works.

From QuiltnNan's link, it looks like the Hera marker is used to kind of score a crease along the appliqué edge for a better fold under edge.

Just from a quick read, it looks like she uses the Hera marker and tracing paper instead of tracing with a pencil.
