It is a log cabin quilt with the horse appliqued on it. It was a major undertaking to be done in two weeks...but, my DGD loves her quilt. the pattern for the horse is available from www.fransquilting.com

I love your horse on log cabin. My DGD would love one of those. How big are the log cabin blocks ?

I rec'd my new catalog today and saw the new lines. I think I will try their charm packs for 2.80. You get 24 squares of different colors so I can order two charms for less than one costs at an LQS. I saw some wonderful batiks and blenders, etc. Need to give them a try. Thanks for sharing.
