Has anyone tried the EasyQuilter2 Frame yet? I got one, and I think I am really going to like it. It will be awhile before I use it on a good quilt. Still doing practice pieces.

I've seen them and have contemplated on buying one, but haven't.
What's your feedback on it?

I have one too and I think it's great. I don't know if I will ever do more than stippling or meandering with it but it holds the weight of the quilt off the table and that's a big help for m.

I haven't had mine very long, like any kind of machine quilting it takes practice. ( I am having fun). The frame is very basic, fits right on a table top, so it doesn't take up much room, that was my main thing. It adusts for different sizes of quilts. Your machine sits on a little carrier with wheels. So you just move it around. Right now I am just doing the free motion meandering. But it sure makes it alot easier, because you don't have to hold the quilt

I just posted on the 1/4 foot info about a "contraption" I saw on our PBS station this a.m -- America Sews--- Sue Haussman. It looks like a heavy duty plastic rectangle with a large opening in the center. She called it a frame and the quilt just lays on top of it. With the machine running, one moves the frame.
