Olfa - has good customer service!!

Ok - so years ago (maybe 8-9 years ago), I purchased my first Olfa 45mm rotary cutter - I have used and used it. The other day, I went to change the blade and somehow "lost" the wavy washer. I did vac later that day - it may have gone to never-never land(smile).
I called Olfa to try to purchase another one. They volunteered to send me the washer free of charge. When I received it - the part sent did not fit my old handle. I called back and described the situation - the gal was fantastic - told me they just needed to send me a new cutter!
It arrived in the mail today - WOW I am impressed. I expect that because of so many brands of cutters now available that they want to keep me as a customer. I think it worked! lol
